For the sake of my business and the consideration of my clients please understand the policies that I have put in place. Paying the retainer due at booking signifies you agree to these terms and that the remaining amount will be paid in full by the time of service or prior. Without a retainer, a service date can not be guaranteed and will be considered on a "Walk-In" basis. Failure to produce a payment and/or a "No call, No show" will result in a $15 surcharge that is required to be paid before future engagements. Appointments that are more than 15 minutes late will be an additional fee of $15 (for every 15 minutes an additional $15 accrues). Retainers are nonreturnable within 48 hours of service. Same-day bookings are not eligible for a retainer return. Furthermore, please list any preferences or allergies that may apply.
